*🍔 आलू टिक्की बर्गर रेसिपी | Aloo Tikki Burger Recipe | Cook With Sapna*
✨ *Ingredients Used:*
2 boiled potatoes (mashed smooth)
1 onion (chopped)
2 green chilies (chopped)
Fresh coriander
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp amchur powder
½ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1–2 tbsp rice flour (or corn flour/poha)
Buns (cut in half)
Bread crumbs (you can grind dry bread in a mixer)
2 tbsp maida (for slurry)
Pinch of salt and rice flour for slurry
Oil for frying
Butter or ghee for toasting
Cabbage, cucumber, tomato slices
Paneer slices (optional)
🔥 *Steps:*
1. **Prepare the tikki mixture**: Mash potatoes until lump-free. Add onion, green chili, coriander, turmeric, chili flakes, amchur, chaat masala, salt, and rice flour. Mix well and form round tikkis.
2. **Prepare coating**: Make a thin slurry using maida, salt, and rice flour. Dip tikkis in the slurry, then coat in bread crumbs. Coat twice for extra crispiness.
3. **Toast the buns**: Heat a pan and lightly toast buns without oil on low flame.
4. **Fry the tikkis**: In the same pan, add oil and shallow fry tikkis until golden and crispy on both sides.
5. **Assemble the burger**: Place one bun slice, then add lettuce or cabbage, cucumber, tomato, crispy tikki, and paneer if using. Top with sauce or mayo of your choice, then place the second bun slice.
6. Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dip!
