*Resting heart rate should lower when exercising. Your heart strengthens so doesn't have to work as hard to pump blood around the body. I said higher. I meant lower lol x
Hi All,
So I get a lot of messages and comments about Slimming World and exercise. The two actually work together beautifully. In my video I share the benefits of being more active, what exercise I do and how I eat now I'm more active. You've all got the body magic book and if you'd love to become more active, go for it. I really hope you enjoy the video. Listen I'm no muscle woman expert, PT, or bikini model. I'm just a woman who is work in progress who's lost 3 stone & dropped 4 dress sizes and enjoys exercise.
One word of advice, I lie at the start! I say it's a quick video lol, then talk for ages! I can't help it, as I said I'm passionate about it. Stick with it and hopefully it'll answer your questions.
