Sometimes kids have it right. As we get older, we lose our mobility and functionality. So, lets take it back to when we were kids and get moving in ways we just don't as adults. You probably won't be able to fix any pain by isolating certain parts of the body, we need the whole body to connect and work together. Roll on the ground, practice balance work, crawl around and see how your body starts to shift into increased mobility. Notice how parts of your body start to activate that you haven't felt activated in a while. Move funny and find relief!
