2025-08-17 The Long Slippery Slope from Inspiration to Inquisition.

As is my wont, on the third Sunday of each month, I do a synopsis of the theme I’ve chosen for the month. So, here is a synopsis of the theme, “Creating and Corrupting Sacred Space” - followed by a Q&A which dealt with the following issues: 1) Sharing communion with non-Catholic participants in a Catholic Eucharist; 2) The ‘golden calf’ in modern Christianity; 3) The difference between faith and trust; 4) The ‘fate’ of non-believers; 5) The many preparatory reincarnations of Mary and Jesus; 6) The experience of No-thing-ness as distinct from Nothingness; 7) The vital embrace of the Feminine Face of God; 8) Cracking open the egg of cosmic evolution; 9) Evil and the dance of Freewill versus Freedom; 10) “Mythish” – sacred wisdom expressed in story form.
