In this video, I make the outdoor variation of the Sourdough Neapolitan Pizza Dough Recipe from my cookbook, Pizza Night. It's a 70% hydration pizza dough recipe, and I cook it in my outdoor oven (either my Gozney Dome or Ooni Koda 16) between 650ºF and 750ºF for about 2.5 minutes.
