Cooking at Home with Helen - Tray Kebab and No Knead Bread, both delicious family dinner winners!

As promised, here is my tray kebab that I mentioned and the no knead bread that is a sure fire winner!
Tray Kebab
750 g of 5% fat beef mince or minced lamb
1/2 large onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of oil
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsps sweet paprika
2 tsps ground coriander
2 tsps ground cumin
1.5 tsps of chilli flakes (it was quite spicy)
Black pepper
If you have fresh coriander or parsley you can add that too.

No Knead Bread
475 g strong bread flour
2 tsps of salt
365 mls tepid water
One 7g sachet of dried yeast
1 tsp olive oil
I cooked for 10 mins on 200 in the air fryer and then turned it down to 180 for 15 minutes, but after five minutes I turned the loaf over to ensure that the bottom was crispy too.
PS: You don't need to use a tin, you can just cook it on baking parchment on the trivets of the air fryer.
