Today 's workout is a 20 minute full body workout that require ZERO equipment. All you will need is your bodyweight!
This is a full follow along workout that consists of 20 different exercises with no repeats.
We are going to perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between exercises. 1 total set.
If you need to modify the workout you can do a few different time structures.
40 seconds ON - 20 seconds OFF
35 seconds ON - 25 seconds OFF
30 seconds ON - 30 seconds OFF
