This 25-minute belly dance fitness class focuses on the upper body:
✨ arms, shoulders, chest, and upper back
✨ low-impact, joint-friendly movement
✨ timed intervals (2–3 mins per move, 10 sec rest)
✨ improver level – ideal if you’ve got a foundation and want to go deeper
No weights, no push-ups, just full-body control and strength through fluid movement.
