Stretching Class
-Try to repeat each dynamic or mobilization movement 6 to 10 times.
-Hold each position minimum 1 minute maximum 3 minutes.
-Exercise both sides of the body !
3 part stretching class.
-Breathing out provides muscle relaxation.
1st Part
Warm Up
Mobilization
Gentle Stretching
2nd Part
PNF Stretch
Use resistance bands or a towel in order to create opposition followed by relaxation.
3rd Part
Static Stretch
Use your breathe correctly. Breathe out in order to relax your muscles and stretch yourself to the max.
