I know it's way more interesting to see what happens after walking 20 steps a day, but I want to do realistic reviews that other moms can feel confident in accomplishing.
I don't really want to do the challenges that feel like adding way more to your already full plate. So where is the happy medium where results still happen but the effort isn't overwhelming? That's what I want to find.
Through the month of December, I walked 15k steps a day (most of the days - Sunday's didn't make it).
My results:
I didn't gain weight with all the indulging I did... and let me tell you, I ate my fair share of pie and cookies.
I had more energy
I slept better
My mood feels happier when I move my body more
I didn't need to neglect my family or other responsibilities
What other fitness/wellness challenges or stuff are you curious about?
