Booty Challenge incoming! 🔥🔥
A lot of people think that the more squats you do, and the heavier - the bigger the booty. Well I hate to break it to you, but this is not the case at all. first of all, squat don't work only your glutes but more of your thighs/ hamstrings.. So if you wonder why your legs are getting bigger, but not your booty- then stop doing squats! Squats are great to warm up your thighs and glutes. But the key of growing your booty is Glute Activation Exercises. You need to isolate your glute muscle to be able to grow it.
Here are 10 of my favourite Booty Activation Exercises that will give your the results! I'm sure you are familiar with most of them. This workout requires no equipment, just have a chair or a bench ready.
Bare the fact that eventually, in order to grow your your glutes (like any other muscle) you need to start adding extra resistance (weight). And that’s why I call this routine the “WEEK 1"
Next week same time will upload a new Booty workout routine for you, where we will level up and include some Mini bands/ Weighs to build extra resistance for your glutes. In this way you are gonna be able to grow your booty bigger inch by inch. 🍑💪
How this challenge works:
Add this exercise into your workout plan (preferably my weekly workout plan) this Wednesday, Friday and next Monday.
Or if you start later, then do this routin 3 days in total, every other day (before your star with the new workout)
From next Wednesday 17th Nov. I will upload a new Booty workout. This one will be with extra resistance such as Mini bands/ Light Weights.
Just follow the plan and you will be able to see results in no time! ❤️
