Back with the Booty! 🍑
As I mentioned in the previous Booty Workout Video- in order to grow your butt, you need to start adding resistance such as bands and weights. So this week is a little more challenging compared to week 1. And next week (week 3) we gonna level up even more!
And remember- consistency! Do this workout routine every other day, 3 days in total, til the "Week 3" video upload.
In this workout routine we are isolating our glutes, and working toward strengthening the glute muscles and lifting the booty.
How this challenge works:
Add this exercise into your workout plan (preferably my weekly workout plan) this Wednesday, Friday and next Monday.
Or if you start later, then do this routin 3 days in total, every other day (before your start with the new workout)
From next Wednesday 24th Nov. I will upload a new Booty workout that will be more intense. (weights & mini band)
Just follow this plan and you will be able to see results in no time! ❤️
