Workout Wednesday with Linora is up!
Today it is a full body workout you can follow along to but with one super heavy kettlebell. Alternatively you can use a heavy dumbbell or a real heavy back with books!
Warm up 8mins
Sets 3, Work : 30s , Rest 30s
The exercises are:
1. KB Lat Swing
2. KB Double Handed Row
3. KB Clean to Goblet Squat
4. KB Overhead Press Hold
5. KB Alt Reverse Lunges
6. KB Single Arm Cleans 3 perside
