Julio Foolio's Friend's Testimony WRECKS State's Surveillance Claim

Julio Foolio's friend took the stand Day 1 to confirm the victim posted his Tampa locations on Instagram, making him trackable. But under cross-examination, she delivered the defense's most powerful line: she never saw Alicia Andrews anywhere that entire night not at the Airbnbs, not at the clubs, nowhere.

Alicia Andrews faces first-degree murder charges as an alleged principal in the June 23, 2024 ambush shooting of rapper Charles "Julio Foolio" Jones. The State claims she and boyfriend Isaiah Chance tracked Foolio through Tampa clubs, coordinating by phone with shooters. The defense argues she had no knowledge of any plot, no gang ties, and was simply present.

Aaliyah Albert's testimony established State's timeline but created reasonable doubt. She confirmed Foolio posted locations publicly, placed him at multiple venues, described a peaceful night with no issues. But despite being in Foolio's group at every location Andrews allegedly surveilled, she never saw the defendant. If Andrews was conducting surveillance as claimed, how does someone in the victim's circle fail to notice her at three venues over multiple hours?

Albert dated Trayvon Bolard, brother of Yungeen Ace (ATK gang leader allegedly warring with Foolio's Six Block). Foolio made drill rap mocking Trayvon after he was shot. Yet Albert hung out at Foolio's birthday party months later. If gang lines are rigid as the State suggests, how does someone connected to the "enemy" get invited? People cross these boundaries constantly, and presence doesn't equal conspiracy.

Albert testified she doesn't get into gang stuff, was just a passenger, didn't drive, didn't pick destinations. That's Andrews' exact defense—passenger in Isaiah Chance's world, not knowing participant.
