Miss Randolph rode to Tampa with Armani Turner, Julio Foolio's girlfriend, for his 26th birthday. She knew Foolio since sixth grade. She was with the group all night—Airbnb party, both clubs, hotel. Then the shooting. When they returned, police stopped them. Randolph saw Foolio's black Charger with him inside. Dead.
Randolph testified she traveled from Jacksonville with Turner and Xavier Edwards in gray Hyundai, arrived at Airbnb around 11:45 PM. Police showed up after fight report, but she told officers just a birthday party, no issues. Group went to two clubs—she doesn't remember names because she's not from Tampa. She was in Turner's car following Foolio's Charger.
After leaving second club around 2-3 AM, they headed to hotel. Randolph, Turner, and Robert Howard in the Hyundai. Pulled up, Foolio checked availability, they waited. Gunfire. Turner drove away in panic. Encountered police, Turner frantic. Drove back to hotel. That's when Randolph saw Foolio's car with him inside.
Defense asked critical questions: Know Alicia Andrews? "No." At Airbnb? "I don't know." At Teasers? "I don't know." At Truth 18? "I don't know, she could have been." If Randolph was with Foolio's girlfriend all night and has no idea who the defendant is, how was Andrews conducting visible surveillance?
Defense also established "I'm a girl, I don't get into all that." Asked about Six Block and ATK gangs, Randolph repeatedly said she doesn't get into that stuff. Known Foolio since fifth grade, got invited to party, went. Does hanging with drill rappers make you a gang member? "No." The defense builds doubt: women aren't part of these conflicts, presence doesn't equal participation.
Randolph wasn't driving. Not in control of where they went. Could she have gotten out and gone home? Her ride was driving—she couldn't leave. That's Andrews' defense too.
