Singaporean Rice
Serve 3-4
Ingredients:
🔸Rice :
-Rice 250 grm
-Salt 1 tsp
-Water 1&1/2 ltr
🔸Noodles :
-Noodles 250 grm
-Salt 1 tsp
-Water 1&1/2 ltr
🔸Chicken gravy
-Chicken 400 grm (Murghee)
-Oil 10-12 tbs (teel)
-Garlic Ginger paste 1 tbs (lehsan adrak paste)
-Vinegar 2 tbs (sirka)
-Red chilli sauce 2 tbs
-Soya souce 3 tbs
-Salt 1 tsp or to taste (namak)
-Red chilli powder (1/2 tsp) (lal mirch)
-Black pepper 1/2 tsp (kali mirchay)
-Chinese Salt 1 tsp
-Catch up 4-5 tbs
🔸Vegetables with Noodles
-Oil 10-12 tbs (teel)
-Garlic chopped 2 tbs (lehsan)
-Carrot 1 medium
-Cabbage 1/2 cup (band gobhe)
-Capsicum 1 big (shimla mirch)
-Green onion 3 (hari piyaz)
-Soya sauce 3-4 tbs
-Black pepper powder1 tsp (kali mirch)
-Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp (lal mirch powder)
-Salt 1/2 tsp (Namak)
-Chinese salt 1 tsp
🔸Sauce
-Mayonnaise 4-5 tbs
-Red chilli sauce 3 tbs
-Black pepper 1/2 tsp
-Salt a pinch
Catch up 4-5 tbs
🔸Chilli garlic hot oil
- Garlic chopped 1&1/2 tsp
-Green chillies 3-4
-Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
-Oil 5-6 tbs
Directions:
🔸Boil rice and Noodles set aside.
🔸In a pan add oil then add chicken cook on high to medium flame until chicken changed its colour white, add ginger garlic paste, mix well, add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, red chilli sauce, Chinese salt mix well cook for 10 minutes on medium to high flame, then add catch up. Chicken is done set a side.
🔸Vegetables gravy
- In pan add oil 10-12 tbs, add chopped Garlic,saute for 5 minutes,add Carrot, cabbage, capsicum, green onion white part, soya sauce, black pepper, red chilli powder, salt, Chinese salt, mix well cook for 5 minutes only then add Noodles, now add green leaves of onion mix well, Noodles with Vegetables done.
🔸Mayo sauce
-Mix all ingredients of sauce and fill in a bottle.
🔸Chilli garlic hot oil
- In 5-6 tbs oil add chopped garlic give brown colour then add green chillies and red chilli flakes make a hot oil.
🔸Assembling:
1- make 1 st layer of rice then make noodles layer, 3rd Chicken gravy, Mayo sauce & in last layer pour garlic chillies sauce.
