Shakarkandi ki Kheer
Serve 5-6
Ingredients:
Sweet Potato 400 grm
Milk 1ltr
-Sugar 5-6 tbs
Green cardamom 4-5
-Almonds 4 tbs
Pistachios 4-tbs
-Raisens 5_6 tbs
-Kewra Essence 2 drops
-Rose watee
-Khoya 300 grms
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes for 45 minutes on medium to high flame,let it cool then remove skin, mash them properly.
-Boil milk then add sweet potato mix well let it cook for 30 minutes.
Add all dry fruits mix well,add sugar,Green cardamom, khoya ,mix well,add kewra water,rose water mix well ,kheer is done
-Garnish with Khoya, & dry fruits.
-Refrigerate for 1&1/2 hours then serve.
