Leg swings (Both directions/legs)
Hurdle Walkthroughs-5x forward/back
20 meters each:
arm circles
reverse arm circles
knee raises
romanian deadlift
A skips
reverse A skips
side skip
quick skip
backwards run
butt kick into stride
high knee into strides
5 minute pace ladder:
2 minute job
45 second brisk
45 second jog
30 second moderate
30 second jog
15 second fast
Strides and get ready to roll!!
