I traveled to Sterling, VA outside of D.C. to train with Youness El Oukili @younessbjj the Caio Terra Academy instructor. Pro-MMA fighter and #bjj blackbelt, Youness was a gracious host and led a very technical class. We filmed 3 rounds and 15 minutes of complete carnage as he showed me why "technique conquers all."
