// 2023 CHANNEL UPDATE //
I’ve moved on from Mobility Mastery (self fascia release) in order to focus on teaching Kinetix, my method of root cause discovery for pain and dis-ease that involves partner fascia release as a “diagnostics” (and regeneration) tool. Kinetix is a complete scientific methodology that I teach to friends, partners and professionals alike inside The Kinetix Academy.
My other primary focus will be the launch and growth of a new podcast and Substack community called The Human Freedom Project.
// NEW CONTENT ON YOUTUBE //
Sometime in 2023 I will return to YouTube with HFP podcast episodes and content created to help you know and understand yourself as a whole organism made of body, soul and spirit. This content will feature the Kinetix methodology, pain science, fascia secrets I’ve learned from 15+ years in private practice, neuroscience and evolving beyond the brain, trauma and the body, and more! I’m excited to go on this new adventure with you.

Self-help adductor technique demonstration: • Lower back pain, testicle pain, pulled gro...
Low back pain can be debilitating. If you’re a man and you also have testicle pain or a feeling of restriction/pulling in the groin region…then the adductors could be the major player in your pain pattern. If you’re a woman, you could have pelvic pain stemming from restricted fascia in your high adductors.
Male and female clients of mine alike often hold tension here related to emotional trauma or stress regarding sexual trauma, sexual identity and/or a lack of self-respect, self-confidence or self-love.
I want to stress that it’s critical, if you’re determined to find the ROOT cause of your low back pain or testicle/pelvic pain and not simply manage your it, that you must find out where your imbalances are. For example, you can’t just release one or both adductors and expect your back pain to disappear in mere seconds. It might, depending on your unique body and what’s going on with your fascial system. For most people, it’s a combination of imbalances left to right in the quads, hip flexors, adductors and hamstrings causing a pelvic imbalance. For the pain to go away permanently, you have to find and correct those imbalances.
And sometimes, this means finding the root cause in your daily habits, sports, activities and maybe even looking at your stress levels and emotional life.
