I found 100% Yuzu Juice at the supermarket here. What a surprise! My first move is a yuzu mochi of course :-) I hope you will like it.

Ingredients :
60g glutinous rice flour
25 to 35g sugar (depending on your preference!)
1 tsp glucose syrup
80ml water
15g yuzu juice
about 20g coconut fine
a dash of natural food colouring (i used yellow from Gardenia)
