Good Morning Everyone!
Today I will be doing another quick session where I will focus on a mindful gratitude activity designed to connect your mind, your body and your breath.
It is a short 6 minute practice, so it is not a large time commitment, and it totally counts as a mindfulness activity for the day.
Of course, I would love to hear your thoughts on this, especially since there have been a few focusing on this aspect of the self. Have you noticed anything by doing these little exercises?
I ask because what I noticed adding a gratitude component to my routine was that I began to notice little thing through out the day, leading to a greater sense of connection and calmness over the day’s entirety, not just at night when I would practice. I hope the same for you!
