Our hip flexors bear the brunt of modern life, tightening up from too much sitting—whether at a desk, in the car, or on the couch. This seated hip flexor stretch is a gentle way to release tension in the quads and hip flexors, engage the core, and encourage deep, relaxing breaths. Not only will it help improve flexibility and posture, but it’s also a great way to counteract stiffness and feel more at ease in your body. Take a few moments to show your hip flexors some love—you’ll feel the difference!
This is also a great stretch to do after the Seated Cardio workout that I posted yesterday.
