Dr. Rianna Moore is an acclaimed human and organization development consultant and coach, with more than 35 years of experience in the corporate and government sectors. A long-standing NTL Institute member, Rianna’s expertise spans diversity-inclusion-social justice, system dynamics, and facilitation. She holds a Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate University, and her research on interracial friendship informs both her consulting and published works on OD and inclusion. She is active in the Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice Communities of Practice.
