Snack recipe:
Banana snickers bites:
Chop banana into the size of your choice & top with a dollop of peanut butter and melted dark chocolate. Sprinkle with sea salt, freeze for an hour and then enjoy!
Breakfast recipes:
Overnight oats (makes 4 portions)
200g oats
1tsp cinnamon
8tbsp greek yoghurt
drizzle maple syrup
Breakfast burritos (makes 6 mini burritos)
6 eggs
4 veggie sausages (chopped)
40g crumbled feta
handful of cherry tomatoes (chopped)

Mustard baked salmon:
Sauce:
1 clove garlic finely chopped
3 tbsp dijon
1tbsp olive oil
handful chopped parsley
salt
pepper
Coat salmon in sauce and place in the oven for 15 mins on 180c degrees :)
Potatoes:
Peel and chop 1kg of potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and roast on 200c for 40 mins
