This very gentle yoga class for Beltane starts with some supported poses to start the body and mind winding down and finishes with a guided yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
This practise is for Beltane, with themes of creativity, growth and connection.
You'll get the most from this practise if you have a yoga block (or a book or firm cushion), and 2 or 3 pillows or a yoga bolster. You may also like to have a small cushion to use as a pillow.
The class is a shorter version of the format my Rest Refuge classes in which we usually spend 20 minutes exploring some stretches, 20 minutes in longer held supported restful shapes, ending with a 20 minute Yoga Nidra written for that season.
