This is an intermediate to advanced 25-minute yoga class with feel-good drills to open your heart. Expect some yummy shoulder and heart-openers as we work towards wheel pose in our wall walks.
As this is a short and fast-paced class, I recommend pausing the video whenever you need, so you can repeat the poses as many times as you like and enjoy the workshop aspects of the class.
Set yourself close to a wall, grab a strap and let's begin!
