TRX and dumbbell advanced full body workout with John Murphy from the Body Engineers.
For this workout you will need a TRX strap and ideally a light and heavy set of dumbbells. Pushup up handles or hex dumbbells are also recommended if you have limited wrist mobility for the exercises with the hands on the ground.
The workout is as follows:
R1: 30s work followed by 30s rest
R2: 45s work followed by 30s rest
A: TRX Lunge with Dumbbells (L) (R1 2:13, R2 10:10)
B: TRX Lunge with Dumbbells (R) (R1 2:46, R2 11:10)
C: TRX Legs Elevated Low Row (R1 3:46, R2 12:24)
D: Dumbbell Goblet Squat (R1 4:46, R2 13:36)
E: TRX Push-up to Renegade Row (R1 5:48, R2 14:59)
F: TRX Burpee (L) (R1 6:51, R2 16:08)
G: TRX Burpee (R) (R1 7:48, R2 17:30)
H: TRX Oblique Crunch (R1 8:47, R2 18:39)
