Ingredients:
140 ml warm milk
1.5 tbsp sugar
6 g dry yeast
1 egg
300 g wheat flour
1 tsp salt
20 g butter
40 g cream cheese
Garlic Butter Mixture:
70 g butter
40 g minced garlic
3 g sugar
chopped parsley
👩🍳 Directions:
Mix the dough ingredients and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Prepare the garlic butter by combining melted butter, garlic, parsley, and sugar.
Roll out the dough, brush with garlic butter, sprinkle with cheese, slice, and stack the layers.
Let rise again for 15 minutes.
Brush the top with egg yolk and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
