In just 25 minutes, we’ll tackle 10 dynamic exercises, repeated for 2 rounds with 50 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest in between. Remember to listen to your body—take breaks when needed and adjust the intensity to suit your fitness level. Stay focused, push your limits, and let’s crush this workout together!

WORKOUT DETAILS:

Warm-Up (3 minutes)

1. High Knees
2. Mountain Climbers
3. Toe Touches
4. Skaters
5. Jumping Jacks
6. Butt Kicks
7. Push Ups
8. Plank With Shoulder Taps
9. Standing Knee to Elbow Crunches
10. Light Jump

REPEAT x 2

Cool-Down (2-5 minutes)
Lower body stretches

Workout Structure:

Perform each exercise for 50 seconds.
Rest for 20 seconds between exercises.
Complete as many sets as possible within the 35-minute timeframe.
Adjust weights and intensity based on your fitness level.
Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each exercise.
