30-DAY POWER FIT: Day 10 - 💪 Welcome to Day 10 of the 30-Day Power Fit Challenge! Today’s 25-minute Low-Impact HIT Cardio workout will boost your strength and endurance. You’ll do 10 exercises repeated twice—50 seconds on, 20 seconds off. Listen to your body, adjust the speed as needed, and let’s crush this workout together!

WORKOUT DETAILS:

Warm-Up (3 minutes)

Squat
Toe Touches
High Knee March
Side Squat WoodChop
Side Squat WoodChop
Step Back Lunge + High Kick - L
Step Back Lunge + High Kick - R
Cross Crunch
Jump Rope
No jumping Jacks

REPEAT x 2

Cool-Down (2-5 minutes)
Upper body stretches

Workout Structure:

Perform each exercise for 50 seconds.
Rest for 20 seconds between exercises.
Complete as many sets as possible within the 35-minute timeframe.
Adjust weights and intensity based on your fitness level.
