S’MORES but in a Beer?!? [Dark Lager Recipe]

Chocolatey, nutty, and crisp. A dark lager is the perfect complement to s'mores flavors. But don't worry this isn't an overly sweet and thick pastry stout, the lager profile keeps this light and easy to drink, but is just reminiscent enough of those iconic s'mores flavors. You gotta try this one out!

Recipe for 5 gals (18.9L):
-6 gals (22.7L) Water
-1.5 gal (~6.8L) Sparging water
(adjust salt additions based on your water)
-Gypsum, Calcium Chloride, Epsom Salt, Baking Soda

-72% Pale 6-row [~8 lbs]
-9% Victory Malt [~1 lb]
-5% Brown Malt [~8 oz]
-3% Carafa III (Dehusked) [~ 6 oz]
-2% Chocolate Malt[~ 4.5 oz]
-9% S'mores Ingredients (Dark Chocolate, Graham Crackers, Marshmellows)

0.9oz (~26g) Magnum @30 min
Chocolate at Flameout

-Lallemand Diamond Lager Yeast
______________________
Mash @ 152ºF (~67ºC) for about 45 mins
Boil for about 30 mins

Ferment around 67ºF (~19C) for 7 Days

Dry hop at Day 4:
-0.5oz (~14g) Cascade
-0.5oz (~14g) Cyro Citra

Original Gravity: 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.012
ABV: 5.3%
IBUs: ~23
