This class is a really amazing STRETCHING ROUTINE that stretches your QUADS, THIGHS and works on your HIP FLEXORS as well as OPENING UP YOUR SHOULDERS and doing gentle BACK STRETCHES. Practiced regularly this practice will help with INJURY PREVENTION, assist you with your SPORTS RECOVERY TIME and help to RELAX and STRETCH your muscles to prepare your body for the next training round.
