Day 18 we work on our shoulders. We are going to target all three parts of the shoulder, front, middle and rear. This is a good solid routine with full coverage.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Shoulder Press (Barbell)
4 Sets of 10 Reps
Front Raises
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Upright Rows (Wide Grip)
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Side Raises
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Bend Over Delt Fly
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Bend Over Delt Press
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Dumbbell Shrugs
6 Sets of 12-15 Reps
