We are doing split routines and this time we will be targeting Back and Chest muscles. Make sure you stretch to avoid injuries.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Lat Pull Down
4 Sets of 10 Reps
One Arm Row
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Close Grip Pull Down
4 Sets of 10 Reps
Seated Row (Close Grip)
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Barbell Press (Flat)
4 Sets of 10 Reps
Barbell Press (Incline)
4 Sets of 10 Reps
Barbell Press (Decline)
4 Sets of 10 Reps
Dumbbell Fly (Flat Bench)
3 Sets of 12-15 Reps
