Today we're discussing one of the most underrated bench press aspects : the bar path. Improper bar path leads to a huge leak of strength, not only because you lose the alignment with your shoulders but also because you're not pushing in the right direction. And the reason for that is because you're not pushing where your legdrive produces strength.
That's why I wanted to share with you the perfect bar path and a cue that allowed me to maximize my bench press strength.
