Hi YouTube, I’m back - channel & life update

I'm back on YouTube! Where have I been? Over the past year, I’ve taken some time away from this platform to focus on personal growth, exciting business ventures, and my mental fitness podcast The Stompcast. But now, I’m so excited to return with a fresh perspective and a even more passion for creating mental fitness content.

In this video, I’ll share some of the most important life lessons I’ve learned during my time away - lessons about balance, resilience, and finding purpose. I’ll also talk about the exciting direction I want to take this channel in: expect videos that inspire, educate, and motivate every Sunday.

We’ll explore mental fitness tips, wellbeing hacks, and a peek into my day-to-day life as I build my business, write more books, stomp on the weekly and of course advocate for mental health wherever I go.
