This 75-minute 10,000 step walking workout is a no-repeat, full-body cardio session designed to help you hit your step goal while toning your legs, arms and abs along the way.
Every interval is 90 seconds long, and each move is different, so the time flies by and boredom never has a chance to creep in. We also add four Power Sections to spike your heart rate and maximise calorie burn — all without jumping.
