This dumbbell full body workout is going to have you feeling amazing! Over 60 minutes this dumbbell workout is going to increase your fitness and really strengthen your legs. Even better, you can do this workout at home!
We are starting with 3 rounds of cardio, where there are bodyweight exercises included. We are then finishing with 4 rounds of leg strength training. If you are doing this as a home workout, make sure you have a variety of weights if possible to get the most out of each movement. The whole workout will last 1 hour.
This is the perfect workout to really level up your fitness, increase leg strength and have you feeling amazing! Enjoy, and let me know how you found it!
