How to Make Gluten free vegetarian samosa with Red Lentil Wrap

This is a Gluten Free Red Lentil Wrap, Vegetarian Samosa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Carrot
300g Boiled potato
2 Onions
2 Green Mild Bullet Chilli
30g garlic & 30 g Ginger
bunch coriander
can of garden peas
1 heap Tsp Garam Masala
½ Tsp Kashmir chilli powder
1/3 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Level Tsp Turmeric Powder
24g Extra virgin Rapeseed Oil
How to cook:
Fry onions for 3-4 mins
add garlic/ginger & chilli paste cook 2-3 more mins
add spices and stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute
add water and simmer for 5-7 minutes
Add boiled potato/ carrot/ peas and stir for 2 mins to infuse
add bunch chopped coriander and cook for 1 minute then leave to cool
Lentil wraps:
2 cups red lentil & 4 cups water soaked overnight
add salt to taste & 1 Tsp Garam Masala and blend
Get pan hot then using silicone brush paint the lentil mix into the pan until even throughout
when top looks dry peel away from pan and cut in half
fold wrap into cone shape and stuff with cooled samosa mix
Cook in oven for 8-10 minutes on high heat to crisp the wrap
