Welcome to day 9 of our 10-day yoga for weight loss series. In this class, we will focus on bringing more awareness and movements to our small muscle groups, such as the toes and fingers, before transitioning to the larger muscle groups.

It is important to be barefoot for this class as we will be paying special attention to the toes and feet, which form the foundation for our body's overall health.
