It`s time for a Recovery Workout! 🧘🏻♀️
During strenuous workouts our MUSCLES are exposed to Stress. 💦
We give them inputs, so that they can GROW.
We work with Weights or with our Body weight.
That our muscles can grow, is the RECOVERY Phase very important.
We first give the input with the TRAINING and then we have to give the muscles the TIME to can grow.
That is exactly, why we need Recovery Days!
A Fast & Good Recovery, leads to increased PERFORMANCE .
How I organize my Active Recovery Days?
In order to Relax the muscles and Loosen the FASCIA, I incorporate a Full Body FASCIA Workout into my Active Recovery Days, using my FOAM ROLLER & BALL. Even though the workout can be painful, the RELAXATION afterwards is guaranteed and I feel ready for my next training Session.
With the FOAM ROLLER & BALL we MASSAGE our Muscles, STRETCH them and loosen our FASCIA. 🦵🏼
