2. Push Up Punches
3. Crab Walk
4. Jumping Lunges
5. Crab Switch Kicks
6. Broad Jump Reverse Crawls
7. Scorpion tail tap
Do each routine for 30secs
Recovery 15 secs
Rest time after all 6 exercises 40secs
6 rounds in total!!
