Someone asked to see pancakes without butter or oil in the Misen pan. I normally do these on a Cuisinart Green Gourmet griddle without butter or oil. This surface is a little stickier than that, and has more browning, though that may be just a difference in heat conductivity and I’m not used to the temperature control making these with this pan. The release was very clean, both without butter and with. The heat distribution is very good and they browned evenly even though the flame wasn’t quite centered. I have no complaints here.
