🧂 Ingredients (English)
2 cups corn flour (makki ka atta)
Warm water (as needed)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp butter or ghee (optional)
Dry flour for dusting
👩🍳 Method (English)
In a bowl, add corn flour and salt.
Gradually add warm water and knead gently into a soft dough.
Take a portion, place it between palms or plastic sheet, and flatten slowly.
Heat a tawa on medium flame.
Carefully place roti on tawa and cook until bubbles appear.
Flip and cook the other side; press gently for even cooking.
Apply butter or ghee and serve hot.
