Sarson ka Saag ek traditional Punjabi dish hai jo sardi ke mausam mein bohat pasand ki jati hai. Yeh recipe sarson ke patton, palak aur makai ke aate ke sath banti hai, jo taste mein lajawab aur sehat ke liye behtareen hoti hai. Isay garam makai ki roti aur makhan ke sath serve kiya jata hai.
Ghar par asaan tareeke se authentic Punjabi style Sarson ka Saag banane ke liye yeh recipe follow karein.
🧺 Ingredients (اجزاء | सामग्री)
Sarson ke pattay (Mustard Greens) – 500 gram
Palak (Spinach) – 250 gram
Bathua (optional) – 100 gram
Hari mirch – 2
Adrak – 1 inch piece
Lehsan – 6–8 jaway
Makai ka atta – 2 tbsp
Namak – hasb-e-zaiqa
Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp
Haldi powder – ½ tsp
Ghee / Makhan – 3 tbsp
Pani – zaroorat ke mutabiq
👩🍳 Method (Banane ka Tareeqa | विधि)
Sarson, palak aur bathua ko achi tarah dho kar kaat lein.
Pressure cooker ya patelay mein pattay, hari mirch, adrak, lehsan, haldi aur namak dal kar thora sa pani add karein.
Medium flame par 20–25 minutes tak paka lein jab tak sab soft ho jayein.
Ab is mixture ko hand blender ya mathani se achi tarah grind kar lein.
Makai ka atta thore se pani mein ghola kar saag mein add karein aur 10 minutes tak pakayein.
Pan mein ghee garam kar ke lehsan fry karein aur saag par daal dein (tarka).
Garma garam Sarson ka Saag makai ki roti aur makhan ke sath serve karein.
