2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
180g diced big onions
3 cloves minced garlic
600g Chinese BBQ pork
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
DOUGH
Oil Dough
200g plain flour
100g lard (can replace with vegetable shortening or unsalted butter)
Water Dough
300g plain flour
20g sugar
60g lard (can replace with vegetable shortening or unsalted butter)
150 ml water
1 egg (egg wash)
Glaze
1 tsp honey
1 tsp water
