Join me for an awesome 45 minute kettlebell workout you can do at home! This is a full body kettlebell workout and in the session you will explore cardio and strength. In terms of cardio you will explore high intensity interval training and do 3 rounds of kettlebell HIIT, we will then finish with 2 rounds of strength training.
Even though this is a tough session, it is suitable for all abilities and a great kettlebell workout for beginners! Enjoy!
