Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Prawn 500g, trim away the legs and clean. Make sure it’s room temperature.
2. Sea Salt 2pkts
Method
1. Stir fry the salt in the claypot till smoky and hear the sizzling sound. Scoop out half of the amount and set aside.
2. Nicely arrange the prawns on the salt. Then cover the prawn with the salt from step 1. Cover with lid and cook under low heat for 5-7min (small prawns) or 8-10min (medium prawns) till see smoke from the lid.
3. Dish up the prawn and remove the salt and shell.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
