This exercise is a solid exercise I came up with that hits some deep muscles in the hips, as well as the tibialis posterior muscle, which is responsible for creating the arch on your feet.
Do it twice a week for 3 weeks and you'll feel a difference in the strength of your feet and balance on 1 leg.
